   Andy,

   I am just wondering if you see a strong connection between Keswick theology and mysticism? Do you address this in your book (which I have already ordered thanks)?

   Darren, that depends on how one defines mysticism, but in general no.

   I make this connection in a footnote:

   Elements of Keswick theology have historical manifestations in multiple groups within eastern and western Christianities since the early centuries of the Church, and the elements even find expressions in groups considered heretical in the Middle Ages such as Cathari and monasticism. Keswick writers themselves believed they perpetuated a historic emphasis, as illustrated by the steady stream of mystics whom they quote. With the onset of the nineteenth-century Keswick movement, however, these particular emphases concerning sanctification became widely accepted within mainstream evangelicalism.

   It’s possible if you copied the text from Logos into a document that Kindle can read (e.g., a PDF).

   Just want to reiterate my disappointment that this is logos only… Given my background, I really would have benefited from reading this – perhaps there is still a chance for a future print version?
