Parents Obey Children?

After Kara learned Ephesians 6:1 (“Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right”), our twenty-two-month-old started teasing us last night that parents should obey children!

    Hmm. Perhaps she’s not promoting biblical doctrine, but rather offering a commentary on the state of affairs in the family in the West. Generally speaking (particularly in suburbia), parents obey children! Or, at least, bow to their wishes.

    She may be much, much smarter than you think!

    What are they teaching these kids in Sunday School?! God has blessed you richly. Kara is such a delight. It’s been fun to watch her grow and learn so much.
