Tonight Jenni and I watched No Greater Love. We expected it to be another semi-cheesy Christian film, but it’s actually well done. It’s a surprisingly gripping story. Jenni almost never cries when watching movies, but this was different.
I learned about it in mid-January when I received this update from The Master’s Seminary. Jay Underwood, one of their graduates, co-stars in the film.

Phil Gons says
How did it compare to Fireproof?
Jill Hamilton says
Is this in the theaters now or for rental?
Andy Naselli says
Phil, the plot is more complex and realistic than Fireproof, and its tone is not as blatantly Christian. It would not serve well as a stand-alone evangelistic tool because it doesn’t include the gospel.
Jill, the only way I know to see it is to buy the DVD (I link to Amazon.com above), but I could be wrong.
Richard Lucas says
My local video store has it for rental. I’m sure others would too.
Andy Naselli says
If you can’t locate it for rental and you’d rather not purchase the DVD, you could recommend that your local public library (or church library, if you have one) add it to their collection.
Brandon Rice says
No Greater Love is available for purchase in most retail stores, such as Target, Walmart, and Best Buy. It is also available at all Christian Bookstores, and as Andy mentioned above, online retailers, such as Amazon.com.
Thanks so much!
