  1. Sincere appreciation indeed! This book stands out as one of the finest re: pastoral care and leadership, as well as teaching theology to a new disciple.

Fun fact: John W. told me he and Don wrote this book via a series of early morning meetings at Denny’s in Highland Park. I’ve been saying it for years: the two ingredients for good theology are a bottomless cup of coffee and a fresh Moons Over My Hammy.

  3. Thank you for highlighting the index and the book. I was given this book awhile back during a particularly busy time, and just now pulled it out as a result of your post. Very well done.

  4. Andy,
I purchased this book in a clean house sale!!
Now a Subject Index as well?
Can’t wait to get into the book now, with the help of the Index.
