It looks like a tiny school of significance. Here’s hoping this book puts them on the map.

The content I’ve read is top shelf, as I’m sure the rest is too. I’m also thankful for the free versions! But the formatting of both the Kindle version and the PDF could use some help.

Kindle version: the table of contents is not formatted very well and the paragraphs are single-spaced with no indentation, which makes it difficult to read.

PDF version: there is no table of contents.

I don’t know how these versions were produced, but i would think such changes would be difficult.
