		<description>&lt;p&gt;Carson makes a nice distinction between the two approaches. I followed the second approach and he's right, it has it's own set of problems. An interesting review with important points to consider. I had a good chuckle when I read this, "This is not exegesis; it is assertion of the desired conclusion on the basis of an unacknowledged preunderstanding regarding libertarian assumptions about how responsibility is grounded." Vintage Carson.  I love his use of the language.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
